We count from your landing
Complimentary waiting runs from when your flight actually lands, not when it was due.
Pay the fare you saw
Tolls and gratuity are inside it. It moves only for something you add to the trip.

Tolls and gratuity
Inside every fixed airport fare. They do not appear later as extra lines.
Waiting, counted from landing
45 minutes on domestic flights and 60 on international, from your actual landing time. After that, $70 per hour in 15-minute increments — and we call before it starts.
Meet and greet, on request
Ask in the notes when you book, and your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board.
Child seats
Rear-facing, forward-facing or booster, at $35 per seat. How many fit depends on the vehicle.
Free cancellation
More than 6 hours before pickup, at no charge. Inside 6 hours the full fare applies.
A person for everything else
If your address is outside the five boroughs, the transfer is quoted by a person and agreed before you travel.

- JFK InternationalInternational arrivals, with sixty minutes' waiting from your actual landing.
- LaGuardia (LGA)Three terminals, not all in one place. Your flight number puts the car at the right one.
- Newark Liberty (EWR)Across the Hudson in New Jersey, with the toll already inside the fixed fare.
- Teterboro (TEB)Private and business aviation. We meet you at the FBO, not a terminal.
- Westchester County (HPN)North of the city. Fixed into the five boroughs, quoted around Westchester.
