How do I know what a trip will cost?
Airport transfers between the five boroughs and an airport on our rate card are priced up front, so you see the fare before you book. Anything else — point to point, hourly, or outside New York City — is quoted by a person and agreed before you travel.
Are tolls and gratuity included?
On a fixed airport fare, yes. On a quoted trip, tolls and parking are added at cost only where they were not already in the price we gave you.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge more than 6 hours before pickup. Inside 6 hours, or if you do not show, the full fare applies. If we cancel, you are refunded in full whatever the notice.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
Complimentary waiting is 45 minutes on domestic flights, 60 on international flights and 15 on point-to-point and hourly pickups. After that, waiting is $70 per hour in 15-minute increments, and we call before it starts.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at $35 per seat. How many a vehicle takes depends on its class and is shown on the fleet page.
How do I check on a booking?
Use Track a ride with your reference and the phone number on the booking. There is no account to create.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes: monthly invoicing with every trip itemised, and a single point of contact. Send the details through the corporate page.
